In December 2023, “Leader-M” completed the planned training of sales staff from both the Moscow office and regional representative offices.
The training course was selected taking into account modern sales techniques and tools. The training system was modular and took place over 5 months.
As part of the training, employees have developed active sales techniques, methods of dealing with customer objections, negotiation and presentation skills.
As a result of the training, a control test and a tournament of negotiators were conducted, which showed a significant increase in the level of knowledge and skills.
