Seamless cold-deformed and heat-deformed pipes made of corrosion-resistant steel of general purpose are manufactured according to State Standard 9941-81. In the process they are subjected to heat treatment. The diameter of the product is from 5.0 to 76 mm, the wall thickness can be from 0.2 to 8.0 mm.
The following grades of steel are used:
- 08 x 18N10T
- 12 x 18N10T
- 10 x 17N13M2T
Seamless corrosion-free steel pipes for power engineering are produced in strict accordance with GOST 24030-080. They can be both cold-deformed and heat-deformed, they are made of 08 х 18Н10Т steel grade. Measured length (up to 7 meters), unmeasured (from 1.5 to 8 m). Diameter varies from 6.0 to 60 mm, wall thickness is 1.0 to 5.0 millimeters.
All products can be subjected to intercrystalline corrosion and ultrasonic testing at the customer's request. If unsatisfactory results are obtained, they are repeated, with double the number of samples tested.
