The nomenclature list of the Gedik plant is really huge and is not inferior to the most famous brands in the world. “Leader-M” together with the company Gedik guarantees high quality products, and our specialists will help with the selection of the necessary products for any tasks, or will pick up an analogue to those positions of welding materials and equipment that are no longer supplied to Russia. The most important advantage is the proximity of the Gedik plant to our country, logistics with the production of customized products in terms of about 3-5 weeks.

In order to improve the level of service to our customers, by increasing warehouse productivity, better location, increasing useful areas for storing metal products and high potential for continued growth of all key indicators, we have launched the process of relocating warehouse space in the Ufa.

At the moment we would like to share with you the following information:

1. Actually confirmed warehouse capacity = 500 tons/day;
2. Usable area of fully formed open areas with GPM for storage of metal products = 16,000 m2;  
3. The warehouse complex has an extensive area and four railway dead ends, which makes it possible to ensure a high capacity of the warehouse both for vehicles and for acceptance/shipment by railway transport.  
4. It is possible to load /unload up to 3 cars at the same time.

On 29.07.2023, on the basis of the picturesque M’STRA’L Hotel & SPA near the city of Istra, our company organized an off-site team building dedicated to the Day of the Metallurgist!

We spent the day outdoors, participating in various active games and competitions. The participants received a boost of cheerfulness and energy, and also spent time with colleagues and friends.

In addition to activities in the form of team games and water activities, an intellectual quiz “Quiz” was organized, where teams could show their knowledge, resourcefulness, and sometimes intuition. At the end of the event, we had a picnic in nature, where everyone could enjoy delicious food and drinks. The “Leader-M” team spent time in a friendly atmosphere, exchanging and sharing impressions.

Corporate team building is a great way to strengthen team spirit and create an atmosphere of trust and respect in the team. We are sure that our event has become memorable and useful for all participants.
