Office days? Not this time! The “Leader-M” team changed the handles to oars, the meetings to races on the water and staged an epic battle of boats with a sea of emotions and laughter!

What happened:

Exciting boat racing — not only strength is important here, but also a team rhythm! Some rowed like champions, while others were spinning on the spot at first — but this only added to the excitement!

Strategy + team spirit — our team leaders and accountants have turned into desperate rowers. And even if not everyone got to the beat right away, there was a lot of drive!

Fun starts on the water — especially when it turned out that rowing synchronously is not like flipping through presentations!

Results:

Friendship won (although the fastest received well-deserved medals).

We’ve rallied even more — now we know that even if the boat is spinning, the “Leader-M” is still heading for the goal!

The highlights are splashes, sun, team shouts and lots of cool photos (and yes, someone still managed to stay dry… almost).

This week, a strategic meeting was held between the top management of “Leader-M”, “Sber”, and “Evotor”, where they discussed promising projects for a joint accelerator using artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.
