Metallurgy is one of the most important industries, as well as fields of science and technology in Russia. 

Metallurgist’s Day is celebrated annually within the framework of the Leader-M Group of Companies. This year was no exception. Our employees spent one of the sunny summer days together in a modern country club, where they congratulated their colleagues on such a significant event. For employees, the celebration of Metallurgist’s Day and team building has become one of the important traditions that plays a key role in strengthening ties between colleagues.

The program of team building activities included various activities: endurance games, trust, speed and ingenuity. The players were divided into teams, where each competed for a certain prize. Thanks to the well-coordinated work within the teams, everyone received a cherished gift.

After the sports competitions, the teams gathered around the campfire, where pilaf was cooked according to a long tradition. This dish has become a symbol of unity and friendship between colleagues. The staff cooked together, shared stories and discussed plans for the future.

The evening traditionally ended with a banquet, during which our colleagues sang their favorite songs, danced to legendary hits and shared their impressions of the past team building!
